2.4 If you are accessing the fd88 platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that person also unconditionally accepts these Terms.
3.1 To be eligible to use fd88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
3.2 fd88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
3.3 fd88 does not represent or warrant that the use of its platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using fd88 complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
4.1 To access the full range of fd88 services, you must register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes.
4.2 Only one Account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted. fd88 employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other Account credentials. fd88 will never request your password by email, chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use will be treated as having been authorised by you.
4.4 You must notify fd88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. fd88 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.
4.5 fd88 reserves the right to refuse Account registration, close an existing Account, or decline any transaction at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
fd88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer methods including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance within 30 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. fd88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
fd88 reserves the right to request identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Required documents may include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, and evidence of ownership of the payment method being used. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending completion of verification.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). fd88 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.
Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account except in cases of verified technical error on the part of fd88. Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant transaction.
6.1 fd88 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be processed. Wagers placed on certain game types (including but not limited to live dealer games, progressive jackpots, and low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or whose wagering requirements remain unmet within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will expire and be forfeited automatically.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

7.1 All sports bets placed on fd88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event, as published in the fd88 Sportsbook Rules documentation. In the event of a conflict between specific sport rules and these general Terms, the specific sport rules shall prevail.
7.2 Bet Confirmation: A bet is deemed accepted only when fd88 issues a unique bet reference number and the bet appears in your Account betting history. Verbal confirmation, screen display, or email notification alone do not constitute acceptance.
7.3 Pricing Errors: fd88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an odds price that was published in error ("palpable error"). A palpable error is defined as an odds price that is materially different from the true market price at the time the bet was placed, as determined by fd88 in its reasonable discretion.
7.4 Event Cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's Account Balance.
7.5 In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the fd88 in-play rules. Delay in the transmission of live data may result in odds changing between bet placement and acceptance. fd88 accepts no liability for losses arising from such delays.
7.6 Maximum Winnings: fd88 applies a maximum single-transaction payout cap of ৳5,000,000 per event across all markets. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding this cap may be limited or declined.
8.1 fd88 offers casino games provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Each game is governed by its own rules displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those rules before wagering.
8.2 Random Number Generators: All non-live casino games operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness. fd88 does not control the outcomes of RNG-based games.
8.3 Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from dedicated studio facilities. Decisions made by the live dealer are final once the relevant round has closed. Technical disconnections occurring during a live dealer round do not entitle the player to cancellation of the bet; the result stands as determined by the game outcome.

9.2 fd88 employs automated fraud detection systems and conducts ongoing manual review of account activity. Detection of any prohibited activity will trigger an immediate investigation, during which the relevant Account(s) may be suspended and access to funds withheld pending the outcome.
10.1 fd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud; suspected money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; or where fd88 reasonably determines that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the platform or other players.
10.2 Voluntary Closure: Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the player's registered payment method subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of all outstanding wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds.
10.3 Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the fd88 platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via the Account settings page or by contacting [email protected]. Increases to deposit limits or removal of cooling-off periods are subject to a 7-day cooling-off waiting period before taking effect.

12.3 Any unauthorised use of fd88 intellectual property terminates the licence granted under clause 12.2 and may constitute an infringement of fd88's rights giving rise to legal action.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fd88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the fd88 platform, including but not limited to losses arising from wagering outcomes, technical failures, data loss, or unauthorised access to your Account.
13.2 fd88 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access to some or all platform services.
13.3 fd88 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, network failures, government action, or third-party payment provider outages.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit fd88's liability for death or personal injury caused by fd88's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14.1 fd88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at fd88.cam/privacy-policy.
14.2 By registering for an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the provision of personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.
14.3 fd88 does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (including payment processors, identity verification agencies, and game providers) strictly to the extent necessary for the delivery of fd88 services.

16.3 Dispute Submissions: All formal dispute submissions must be made in writing to [email protected] and must include: your full name; Account username; a detailed description of the dispute; and the resolution you are seeking. fd88 will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a substantive written response within 14 business days.
16.4 Final Decision: fd88's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, Account closures, and wager settlements is final and binding, subject only to demonstrable technical error or material breach of these Terms by fd88.
